Ed Dempski was my salesman, Ed was recommended to me by my son. This guy was great. We talked for a long time, not only about the car, but about all the people we both knew. That's where the family part comes in. Everyone, right down to the financing guy, had suggestions, answers, and did their best to get me the best deal and make the truck exactly what I wanted. "Jim, is this truck exactly what you believe you'll be happy with?" That's what Ed asked me after a lot of small talk and comparisons. And that's when it all came together. A couple of signatures later and I was a happy man. Little things that needed repair were taken care of. The truck was cleaned and ready to go. Ed spent more time with me to completely familiarize me with the electronics, the service agreements, the warranties, and any other question I could come up with. Let's just say, I am VERY satisfied.
