We both had the day off and decided to head out and visit some dealerships. Our first and only stop was to Ray's Chevrolet in Fox Lake. We are both particular about customer service as we are in retail management positions and we have high standards. From the moment we walked up to the door, your salesperson, Sean Runions, approached us in a professional and kind manner. Sean listened very carefully to everything we were looking for in a car. Within 5 minutes, Sean took us to several cars and basically explained the benefits and features of both vehicles. We were both impressed with his knowledge of the cars and we did not feel like he was pushing a sale down our throats. We test drove the first car and liked it! Sean took us to a car my husband thought we could not afford. We test drove the car and fell in love with it! Sean was patient and worked with us knowing what our financial and personal needs where, yet he produced numbers within our dollar range quickly and efficiently! It is nice to know there are still awesome employees that enjoy their jobs and are passionate about what they are selling! We will be back when it's my turn for a new car! Awesome Service Dept. I found myself with a dead truck at the gas station adjacent to Ray's in Fox Lake tonight. Immediately I called Ray's (I've bought at least 5 vehicle I found myself with a dead truck at the gas station adjacent to Ray's in Fox Lake tonight. Immediately I called Ray's (I've bought at least 5 vehicles from Ray) looking for Brian. He was gone but Luis in service immediately helped me arrange a jump and I drove it immediately to the Service Dept. It turned out to be a dead battery, thankfully I was close to home - and by that I mean close to Ray's. There service department is beyond awesome, that's one of the reasons we keep buying vehicles from Ray's. The porter was awesome and the mechanic couldn't have been nicer. They have my back not only for the purchase, but to service the vehicle too. Thanks Luis for helping me out, I appreciate your kindness and super service. More

Brian met me with a firm handshake and a desire to get me into the vehicle immediately. Very friendly, made small talk and shared some good laughs throughout. This dealership is BUSY, they move a huge volume of new and used vehicles. I thought the team may be more concerned about closing high dollar deals and the customer service would slip. WRONG. After Brian walked me through the vehicle and went on a test drive with me, he was called into another sale, so I was asked to work with Sean. I thought I was just getting pawned off in hopes I wouldn't be committed. WRONG. Sean worked tirelessly with me, going to bat for me time and time again, alongside the sale manager Ryan, to get me into my vehicle at the price I wanted to pay. They know the ins and outs of this industry and pulled out all the stops to get me into my dream vehicle at any price. Truly could not have asked for a better team to work with. Although I spent the better part of the day at the dealership and didn't end up buying until Monday, but the team at Ray Chevrolet made everything happen in order to win my business. So glad I made the trek from Joliet to visit these guys! I can see why people come from all around to purchase new and used vehicles from Ray Chevrolet and will be sure to spread the word.
