Being skeptical because of our past experiences, I still took the drive to Fox Lake. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and introduced to Casey. He caught my attention right away with his approach to our situation. He explained what his intentions/plan was and to bear with him. He reassured us that if he couldn't make us happy and get us a deal, no one would. We did spend a few hours a the dealer, but when it came time to look at trucks, he presented something no one else had. A NEW truck. He went above and beyond to work out all the details and made it happen. All the other truck we had looked at were 5-7 years old and all had over 100k on them. He put us in a BRAND NEW truck. We were speechless. No one ever offered that option for us, but Casey took all the negative experiences we had and turned them into a positive. You have gained 2 customers for life.
