A Great Car Buying Experience I recently purchased a 2011 suburban from Ray Chevrolet. After looking and doing my homework I called Ray Chevrolet when I found the vehicle I liked I recently purchased a 2011 suburban from Ray Chevrolet. After looking and doing my homework I called Ray Chevrolet when I found the vehicle I liked and was well informed over the phone about the car and the dealership. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and after showing up a little late someone was there waiting for me and had the vehicle I was looking at right at the front door. Chris Kahlmorgan my salesmen did a great job in negotiations and stayed engaged the whole time. I felt like the deal was very fair and I was satisfied with the price. But the service again was way beyond what I expected and the appreciation they had for me their customer was nice for a change versus other places I have been. I highly recommend buying a car here and I am looking forward to going back in the future for other cars. More

A few months later as I was waiting for my car being serviced (KUDDOS TO THE GREATEST GM SERVICE DEPT-EVER, thanks to Joe, Liz & Brian!), Ed approached me and we began a conversation. I stated what I was interested in and he jumped right on it. We looked at some used trucks, I learned some new and interesting information and we discussed the xxxxxxand con's of each and came up with two that would suit my requests. The entire process of purchasing my 2012 Chevy Silverado 4x4 was smooth and hassle free. Ed is the epitomy of Customer Service. Whenever I'm at Ray Chevrolet for service (for over 16 years and 5 purchases), if Ed is present, he approaches me and says hello. If more sales personnel had the personality of Ed Dembski, I am quite sure the sales numbers would triple!!! Additionally, Dan Loggins in Finance was a great help also.
