We came to see a Bolt and John did a great job taking us through the initial process/timing Etc. John showed us a new Bolt that was sold and let us know another very similar was coming in soon. He advised we put down a deposit to hold that one or it could be quite a while until another comes in. We did and got the car in about 2 weeks. Upon delivery, John took us through the nuances of the car and made the paperwork go very easily. Even after we had the car for a few weeks, he was still available to answer questions. Your service advisor T. J, Burke is the best i ever had there. Why his compassion to help, listen and act on my needs. I went there for a vehicle inspection and a code that came on from my engine lite. Replaced a power inverter in engine area. What i did not like was that i was there for 4 hours with a appointment. I saw my vehicle in shop and it took 15 minutes to replace. I was quoted a 1 hundred dollar charge for inspection. I had the air filter replaced , total charge 399.00. I drive 35 miles 1 way, thats x2. More
