Not only did he make me feel he was working for Ray but made me feel he was working for me as well!! Went in for service on my 2013 Silverado and he introduced me to the 2015's. I couldn't be happier with his no pressure sales but his personal touch to get to know me a little and share about himself. Made me feel like I was dealing with a friend. Visit #2 in 2 days Stopped back in to the dealership to drop off some paperwork that we had forgotten when we purchased our vehicle. Adam spotted me right away and asked how our new Traverse was working out and if I had any questions or concerns about it. While I was there, he asked Ray Jr from the Tech Team to come out and go through the Infotainment system with me and to get my OnStar App all set up on my cell phone. Just as our experience had been on Saturday, this visit was equally as good. Turns out Ray and I went to the same high school (Go Canes!), we shared some stories and had some laughs! In a time when it appears that customer service is rapidly going by the wayside to make room for productivity, it was so refreshing to do business with people who actually treat you like a person. Thank you to Adam, Ray Jr and the management at Ray Chevrolet who make customer service a priority. More

Burke called to tell us to consider replac We recently had service done on our Trailblazer because of a "recall" from Chevrolet. The service rep, T.J. Burke called to tell us to consider replacing the fuel pump. At this time it would only be the cost of the part, there wouldn't be any additional labor charge since the "recall" part of the work required removing the gas tank and while it was apart it was easy to replace the fuel pump. Since we plan on keeping the car for a long time and we have had friends that have needed to replace their fuel pump we went ahead with the new pump. T.J.'s heads up attention to our job was appreciated. More

Sometimes I run into issues that require expensive repairs due to the age of my vehicle, however, due to the custom upgrades in my van, it is important to keep this vehicle running rather than purchase a new one. Joe Marinello has always explained every aspect of every repair until I have no questions left, and always gives me my options in regard to the extent of the repair necessary as opposed to what would be good to do but is not necessary. I really appreciate the fact that he seems to know how painful it is for me to spend additional money on this vehicle, and consolidates repair costs as much as possible and cuts me deals wherever he can to make the cost less devastating. Thanks very much for making me feel like a person instead of just "the owner of another vehicle." More
