The service advisor was great, but the truck was kept m ore than a week and gave it back with less than half a tank left when it was dropped off full. All areas I was told was checked. That 's good. Car Wash- found two little scratches by driver door that weren't previously there. Found them the same morning after serviced. That 's good. This was a very positive experience for me. As an automotive enthusiast who sometimes struggles to allow others to work on his vehicle (yeah, that guy) it takes a bit for me to get comfortable As an automotive enthusiast who sometimes struggles to allow others to work on his vehicle (yeah, that guy) it takes a bit for me to get comfortable. TJ worked with the extended warranty and facilitated things very well, and communicated things clearly in a timely manner. Besides my main issue, a few things that needed attention of which I was unaware were brought to my attention and subsequently addressed. While routine maintenance items that will need attention were mentioned, there was no pressure to have that work done (I will do those) which I appreciated. The work appears to have been done properly - my truck is quiet again and drives like new! The courtesy rides to and from were a big plus for me and much appreciated. I did not catch the tech's name, but appreciate the amount of work this was and that it was done well. Best service experience I've had in recent memory! More

We have been a customer of this dealership for several years and have spent a significant amount of money maintaining our vehicles. After discovering an issue with the last oil change we received, we took years and have spent a significant amount of money maintaining our vehicles. After discovering an issue with the last oil change we received, we took our truck back to seek clarification of services performed, only to be insulted by the service manager. During the visit, it was discovered that an oil filter not utilized by the dealership was in place, therefore the staff determined the oil change was not done, despite being paid for and documented in our receipts. We were patient with the service manager and attempted to gain understanding of what occurred but the manager implied we were seeking free services and left us feeling defeated and distrustful. We will not utilize this dealership again and have communicated our experiences widely among friends and family in the area to protect their vehicles. More
