the work was complete. the service guy (luis) was professional and courteous. so no complaints about any of this. the only thing i didn't like is that i think the charges a the service guy (luis) was professional and courteous. so no complaints about any of this. the only thing i didn't like is that i think the charges are too high. ($600 labor for at most three hours and the parts were i thought a little overpriced). I'm retired on a fixed budget. in the future, i'm going to have to go to one of the neighborhood mechanics to have work done because it is not as expensive. so, no complaints about anything except the total cost. thank you. I had to wait 45 minutes for my loaner car when I had been on the schedule to get one for over a month.
