Great experience with Ray and from Kyle Miller! I have gone to Ray a number of times for my oil change and vehicle inspection and everytime has be an amazing experience. Warranty Service Repairs I made an appointment to have our Tahoe looked at for a very minor problem. We dropped off our Tahoe because the heater knobs were binding when you wo I made an appointment to have our Tahoe looked at for a very minor problem. We dropped off our Tahoe because the heater knobs were binding when you would turn them. Luis Rivera was our service advisor and he did a great job of getting our Tahoe repairs done. He listened to us as we described our problem and assured us it would be no problem to get repaired. He offered us a loaner car which worked out perfectly for us. Thank goodness he told us about the loaner car shutting off at stop lights, otherwise we would have thought something was wrong with the car. He called to let us know our repairs were completed and the Tahoe was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up our Tahoe, I was in and out in minutes, which is something I greatly appreciated. Everything is working as it should and my wife couldn't be happier...Thank you Luis for your help in getting our Tahoe repaired. More
