My service writer Anna was absolutely fabulous she's the kind of girl you can't get mad at her for anything she's very nice personable she explains everything she goes above and beyond for sure!!! Matt was great from the moment he shook our hands. Once we told him what vehicle we were there for he got it out and we took it for the test drive ( he wouldn’t let me test drive it to Nashville thoug Once we told him what vehicle we were there for he got it out and we took it for the test drive ( he wouldn’t let me test drive it to Nashville though lol) but he was straight forward about what he knew about the 2016 jeep wrangler and what he didn’t know he found out for us. He never tried to push us to a different vehicle or try to up sell us on anything. The radio went out on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had to be ordered. Although it took 3 weeks to get the part in, my service advisor Patrick Leahey kept me informed the whole time on the status of the pa to be ordered. The whole experience was not handled well as a first time customer. The car rental experience was a joke and took way more time then expected, no problem was found in my car but I was still charged even tho customer. Overall the refunded me to I could take my van to get detailed to get the smell out. More

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on a Saturday for service. They diagnosed and replaced a faulty fuel injector. When I picked up the vehicle, the entire cabin reeked of gasoline, esp on a Saturday for service. They diagnosed and replaced a faulty fuel injector. When I picked up the vehicle, the entire cabin reeked of gasoline, especially when running the heat. The service department assured me the injector wasn't leaking. They explained that the technician had spilled fuel on the engine compartment and it would simply "burn off" as I drove. I could only tolerate driving with all windows down. On Monday morning, I had no choice but to return. On the way to the dealership, the check engine light came on again, along with a blinking red warning light I had never seen before. When I arrived, we discovered the vehicle was actively leaking fuel, creating a large puddle of gasoline in their service bay. They repaired the leaking injector, but the cabin continued to be flooded with gasoline fumes. Two and a half weeks later, the smell is finally bearable, though it still lingers. To add insult to injury, they didn't even offer to reimburse me for the third of a tank of gas I lost as a result of their mistake. This experience was both dangerous and unacceptable. It's a shame because everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, but I will never bring my vehicle back to Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service. More
