Very friendly people. First time I brought my car in, they needed to keep it for awhile, and I needed a car to drive, until it was done. It was imperative i had a vehicle so i could visit my very sick sister. They went above and beyond to help me with a loaner. Due to the fact I had one from them, I was able to see my sister before she passed. It meant so much. They really have made it so pleasurable to bring my car in for service. More

Patrick did a great job reaching out about my oil change package I wished to purchase. Jeep when you email a survey please indicate what the survey is for. Patrick did a great job on his end but the actua package I wished to purchase. Jeep when you email a survey please indicate what the survey is for. I called the phone 877-426-5337 the phone number on your survey and got passed around 3 times and no one could/would help. Shame on you Jeep! More

I was accused of leaving my dome light on that effect my Jeep start stop function. I never use it and it had stopped working after 2 oil changes that was performed. I’m unhappy with the service I made an appointment a week before , I dropped me Jeep off at 8:45 in the morning by the afternoon I was told it was not looked at. But I had received a text from Dave saying it was almost done. That was a lie! Very unhappy with the outcome of the situation. More
