We brought the truck in for service to the electronic screen device. The screen still does not operate properly. I am not sure it’s a service department issue. It is possibly a factory issue. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Also asked dealer to take a look at a loose engine air filter housing. Was told the delay was due to trying to quote entirely new parts (That woul Also asked dealer to take a look at a loose engine air filter housing. Was told the delay was due to trying to quote entirely new parts (That would have been a costly and unnecessary repair). I asked them to disregard the quote so that I could be on my way. Only then did they take the vehicle back for a wash, causing another 15 minute delay. I repaired the air filter housing myself via a quick online search, a trip to the hardware store for a half dozen stainless screws that cost less than $4, and about 10 minutes under the hood myself.
