I can honestly say I was completely satisfied with my experience at Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. 5 ⭐️ across the board from looking on the website to driving off the lot. Ashley was fantastic as my salesperson for my new Jeep Wrangler. She made the entire experience friendly, comfortable, and completely no pressure while going over everything with me. I can honestly say she helped my partner and I decide this was the best decision. Ozzie, the finance manager, did a great job helping me understand the value of protecting my vehicle beyond the warranty, including the oil change package, battery replacement, and GAP coverage. Carrie also helped me understand the benefits of protecting my paint, underbody, and interior, which ultimately led me to choose almost all of the add-ons. At every step, I felt informed — never pressured — and truly supported by the entire team. I'm extremely thankful that Ray CDJR helped make my dream of owning a Jeep Wrangler a reality never imagined it be a brand new one at that. I didn't purchase a vehicle from this location, I had it serviced so it would be useful to have that option to choose from in the drop d this survey. The staff in the service department I worked with, after my initial visit (I did a quick survey of the location and staff before making the appointment), were nice and accommodating. Anna, my advisor was nice, though she seemed overwhelmed and aloof at times but if she didn't know the answer to my question she would find it. I chose this location to have the vehicle serviced solely based on the proximity to my home as I was initially told that they don't loan out vehicles when service is being done. The entire experience from start to ongoing felt a bit disorganized and lacked a sense of urgency, albeit some of the almost two month (two days short) of the waiting period responsibility also belongs to the other entity(s) involved in getting the battery packs to the dealership. It took a ridiculous amount of time for the part to arrive. Which also impacted my warranty since I wasn't driving the vehicle for that entire period I was not able to properly assess if there are other issues and now the basic warranty period has lapsed. This experience has left me wondering if I made the right choice in purchasing this vehicle. My disappointment is mostly with how the serious problem is being handled. It's a widespread issue that warrants better attention and quicker action. The malfunctioning, fire causing hybrid battery is a pretty big issue that can cause serious harm or worse to people. The Jeep Corp. needs to do better in taking care of this issue they've created. I'm left wondering if replacing the battery pack really fixed this issue. I really wanted to like this vehicle. Jeep Corp. has only managed to make me distrust them. May end up trading it and be done with this. More
