Brought my new 2025 Ram 1500 in for exhaust smell in the cab of the truck and parking sensors not not functioning. They say it needed new sensors which they would order .That was 3 months ago still haven't cab of the truck and parking sensors not not functioning. They say it needed new sensors which they would order .That was 3 months ago still haven't heard from them..They say they couldn't check the exhaust smell because the exhaust system was to hot.The truck was there for over 2 hours..My wife brought it there .This is what they told her..So waste of time nothing fixed..But hey they got out of doing the work.. My Jeep was taken in and written up quickly. I was hoping to wait but my service advisor Dave told me it might be a long wait so he made arrangements for me to be taken home. I received a stat I was hoping to wait but my service advisor Dave told me it might be a long wait so he made arrangements for me to be taken home. I was having issues with my car and decided to take it too Rays. The people there were very friendly and helpful. The service department was great. Dave that works in service was on top of things and was too Rays. The people there were very friendly and helpful. The service department was great.
