This review is more specifically geared towards the service department. The sales team was fine with the purchase of my vehicle and I'm very happy with the vehicle I picked however it has had multiple service department. The sales team was fine with the purchase of my vehicle and I'm very happy with the vehicle I picked however it has had multiple issues between recall and under warranty issues of parts either breaking leaking, etc. the service team was completely unprofessional seemed not to care at all. My vehicle had to go in four times before they completed it. And the first two times they never even touched or looked at my car only to call me at the end of the day to tell me they didn't have time to look at it. The third time which they already knew of replacement parts that were needed I get a phone call at the end of the day to say we ordered your parts. I would've thought after the first two times they kept my Van from over 8hrs they would've ordered the parts and have them ready. I had schedule a 4th time to leave my vehicle for the entire day. I said would they at least give me a loaner since you guys have been unable to look at my car and have tied up from my work and I had to take the day off each time from work and I was told simply we don't do loaners with no apology other than what I feel where their operation excuses. Examples of reasons I was given that they don't have time was the particular technician to fix that particular part is off today. Another time I was told mechanic called out sick third time I was told we're extremely busy here and we do the best we can no apology nothing but snipping short anwsers. Due to this experience I've had with this service department I've canceled my plan to buy another vehicle from them and will purchase from another dealership. More

Overall very happy with the experience so take my feedback with a grain of salt. If I was being super critical I would say that it was difficult to find out what the recall entailed and how long it w feedback with a grain of salt. Even when I dropped it off there was not clarity about how long it would take to the point where the rep said he didn't know and had to look into it and see if they needed to order the parts. I didn't hit a home run of a deal but I feel like I got a fair deal on trade and purchase of my new f150. They didn't push dealer warranties or any unnecessaries, nor did i get any freebies. Just a decent price for a hard to find truck with a decent offer on trade. I would consider going back next time.
