A huge shoutout to Jason Bertrand—this guy is the real deal. No pressure, no gimmicks, just straight-up professionalism and deep knowledge. He guided me through the entire custom order process, helped me spec out exactly what I wanted, and kept me updated every step of the way while I waited for it to be built and delivered. That level of communication made all the difference. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. And the truck… wow. The Raptor is an absolute beast.
