No pressure buying. I had done my homework before going in, so I knew what I wanted. Didn’t get spam phone calls from the time of my test drive to making the purchase. Purchase day was smooth and straight in, so I knew what I wanted. Didn’t get spam phone calls from the time of my test drive to making the purchase. Purchase day was smooth and straight forward. From walking in the door to driving out was about two hours total, counting dealing with my trade-in. My only critique is that the dealer website doesn’t handle handoffs from Autotrader or internal emails to the Genesis inventory very well. More
