The purchase experience was great! I was very pleased with the purchase experience at Ray Skillman. Everyone I encountered was great. The salesman and the finance manager were AMAZING to work with! The only reason that I wouldn't give them a 5 star is the "etched glass" fee that was added to my invoice. I purchased a used car and was not told this by the salesman or the finance manager. It was only when I went to file my paperwork at home that I saw the $249 charge added to my invoice. It's my fault for not seeing it...because if I did, I would have insisted it be removed. I can do this etching for $25 at home! More

Our expectations were blown away by Braxton and team leader Andrew. We have never had so much fun at a dealership before. Braxton took his time walking us around the lot really listening to our wants needs and feedback. We were at the dealership for a few hours looking at almost everything and not once did we feel like it were being push to do anything we didn’t want to do.
