Wonderful Experience I was hesitant about buying another vehicle for a couple of reasons, one being financing. I really appreciated that and I immediately fell in love with the Dodge Journey, being an owner of a 2005 Durango for 9 years I wanted a size smaller and the Journey is a perfect fit. Brakes Called in early morning. Though they were busy, Jeff recommended to come in and drop the car off. Got to the shop, Jeff and James were there to greet Called in early morning. James provided me with a loaner car so I can go back to work because of my meetings that day. I dropped my car off at 10 am. I received a message from James at around 1:30 informing me that I will need new rotors and the price was a little steep. I called James back and got Jeff. I informed him to proceed with the new rotors. I have trusted their professionalism and work before and I will continue to do so. Though the price is a little steep, I'm willing to pay more for better quality and this place has the quality. Picked up my car at 4:00 pm. James informed me of what to expect for a day with the new rotors and pads. Great team. More
