In a pinch I telephoned in a potential problem Friday around 5:30 (close at 6). She checked for any recalls on the vehicle and found there was one (hood latch cable). The service department had the part in stock so was able to fix the vehicle while performing the routine service. I was out the door in just over an hour. I decided to visit the dealership to have the problem fixed. Without an appointment I was seen immediately. It was determined that the tires were okay and that the sensor needed to be reset. I was very pleased at Skillman's prompt and courteous resolution of my concerns. More
