Like the check-in service employees a lot, but not happy with being told the axle boot repair would take 1 and 1/2 hours, then waiting over two. And not happy with the recall being estimated at 45 minutes and coming in at about l hr. 15 minutes. Don't promise me anything you can't deliver, as it changes the perception of my visit from good to bad. More

Totally Satisfied I met the sales person Henry leaving La Hacienda. I had just got into the market for a car . I saw him giving his card to someone and he then gave me I met the sales person Henry leaving La Hacienda. I had just got into the market for a car . I saw him giving his card to someone and he then gave me one. I went into the dealership a week later and they ran my credit and from behind the scenes they (Henry and Jordy) had been researching what was in my budget and price range, I wasn't at the dealership for none of this. They were texting me vehicle options and were very persistent with finding me something. Finally, I went to the dealership ready to make a purchase and they worked hard to get what I wanted. Brian Schultz worked very hard with the bank to keep me in my price range . The car I picked had been in the service center and I was afraid I wasn't going to leave with my new car. But leave to those gentlemen, they rushed it through the service center and got everything fixed so I could leave with my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra!! And I love it . They even still help and I've had the car for a week. I love those guys and would recommend anyone in the market. More
