Like the check-in service employees a lot, but not happy with being told the axle boot repair would take 1 and 1/2 hours, then waiting over two. And not happy with the recall being estimated at 45 minutes and coming in at about l hr. 15 minutes. Don't promise me anything you can't deliver, as it changes the perception of my visit from good to bad. More
