Severe misunderstanding but eventually solved My wife and I have purchased 5 vehicles over the last 7 years here. Every purchase awesome until now. First they didn't tell us about hail damage on My wife and I have purchased 5 vehicles over the last 7 years here. Every purchase awesome until now. First they didn't tell us about hail damage on our Mazda 9 trade in until after the fact. I know this is true because when they told us about the Mazda 3 damage my wife said that's cool, no deductible on that we have $250 on 9. Their reply was yes that's good. So AFTER the fact they called and said we needed a claim on the 9 we questioned them about it being after the fact. Their reply, oh no we told you. Please refer to earlier conversation. While we were deciding how to proceed Dave Kizer called us and said we should have 2k coming back so we filed claim. It's been over a week, no return phone calls after 2 messages and no money. We believe he told us about 2k just to get us to file. A multiple time user customer that will NEVER visit or refer again. All thanks to Dave Kizer. Note, I have spoken with a Jeff Polly(sp) and we may have the resolved. I will update. He was very understanding, forthright, and cordial. Plus he didn't make excuses, just how we need to resolve it. Very much appreciate. All resolved and completely to my satisfaction. Mistakes happen but if those involved admit to issues and resolve them, that's all you can ask for. Great Jeff! More
