Courteous and Efficient A few months ago I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta. It was very low miles and loaded. I felt I was really getting a deal. However, I noticed that the car wasn't shifting correctly. I then did some research on line and found out that this car has this problem. I was VERY UPSET and called the dealership. Yanni was so calm, courteous, and got right to the bottom of the problem. He found another person within the Ray Skillman family who knew about the problem. He ordered the parts and when they arrived he called to ask me to bring the car in. I did so and had a wonderful loaner so I didn't have to miss any work. They even took the car on to the repair location. They, he and Jeff Hodge, went the extra mile by sending the car to the Skillman location that had done this same correction prior. I received my car back, washed, full of fuel, and shifting like a dream. Thank you!!!! When they say they will take care of any problem - they really mean it!! God bless you all. Janet Simpson More
