Sent me paperwork for a Ziebart package I was promised when I bought my 2022 Sportage and then cancelled it without telling me or giving me a reason why. Loved my car buying experience in 2020. However, subsequent visits (2) for scheduled service were met with indifferent and callous attitudes. However, my 3rd visit was a refreshing change. The changes in the waiting room (with pretty good coffee and cookies) was a welcome upgrade. But the best change of all is Brantly Batton. A true service oriented person who takes pride in his work and treats customers with respect. The entire atmosphere is different in the service bay now. It is amazing what one person's attitude can do for an entire operation. What ever you are paying Brantly, it's not enough. More
