Roadtrip from Chicago My engine light came on driving from Chicago for a family visit in Indianapolis. The service center took my car in that night and had the issue addre My engine light came on driving from Chicago for a family visit in Indianapolis. The service center took my car in that night and had the issue addressed by 10 the next morning. No way could I have gotten that level of service in Chicago. As a matter of fact, it had been "fixed" in Chicago the week before and obviously wasn't. The team was so courteous and helpful. I think I will always take my car for service here going forward in tandem with a family visit. Thank you! More

The staff are quite knowledgeable of their products and willing to share to their customers. This recent visit was for some minor but unfortunate damage. I received a reasonable estimate for the work and promised a quick turnaround to repair. When I do in to pay and pick up my car I was pleasantly surprised that the repair end up costing less than the estimate! My car was clean and the repair is warranted for life! Everyone is helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond. I have worked with Sales Associate Rockland Lay more than once as he is always attentive and accommodating. Business Manager Bim Akintomide was also quick and very helpful in assisting me with the paperwork to get me out the door and into my new car.
