"Professional and honest" My new car buying experience was great. I was told up front what car I would be buying and the price per month. When I walked in, everything was just as I was promised. I had to ask several time where they sure this was my car. It was a 2017.5 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. The top of the line in its class. Absolutely terrible! Aftee purchasing a car AND the $2000 warranty which I was told would cover everything other than routine work, I was given the complete run around whe Aftee purchasing a car AND the $2000 warranty which I was told would cover everything other than routine work, I was given the complete run around when my brakes went completely out 4 months after purchase. Apparently, they did not attach the caliber correctly. Not so much as glad you're ok! I paid for everything myself even after calling to get warranty info. The service center blamed sales. The sales center blamed service. They're great to get your money, but the follow up afterwards is absolutely terrible. . Never again! More
