first visit This was my first experience at the KIA service center. They scheduled me right away...the day following my call for an appointment. I was greeted with smiles and the reassurance that, in addition to the oil change I had specifically scheduled, they would make sure I was ready for a road trip in the near future. They worked quickly and also washed and vacuumed for me. I am very pleased with the tlc I received.
