first visit This was my first experience at the KIA service center. They scheduled me right away...the day following my call for an appointment. I was greeted with smiles and the reassurance that, in addition to the oil change I had specifically scheduled, they would make sure I was ready for a road trip in the near future. They worked quickly and also washed and vacuumed for me. I am very pleased with the tlc I received. I spoke with Daren Warren and he gave me a full explanation of what was causing the noise and how it was solved plus showing me what service was done on the car. I was given an appointment very quickly and all the personnel there were very friendly and helpful. Their waiting area is super with a children's play area and another room with a computer available in addition to a good size area with comfortable setting. They do an excellent job with their service, and I'll definitely go back. More
