I walked in to buy a used van and drove out with a very nice Pacifica thanks to Robert. I wanted a third vehicle for my wife to go to dog shows in. Chris was great, he worked with me in finding the exact car that my husband & I wanted. My husband couldn't come and look at the cars but printed out what we wanted. Mr. Fine spent two hours setting up the car’s technology and teaching me how to use it. He is very customer oriented and also took care of setting up the meeting with John to have the hood of the car repai and teaching me how to use it. Have gotten 2 vehicles with them and working on getting a 3rd since our Kia unfortunately got totaled. Staff in both the sales and service department always go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome 3rd since our Kia unfortunately got totaled. Jimmy was really easy to work with. I already had a car picked out before I got there and he didnt turbo force me into something I didn't want.
