Overall we had a great experience purchasing our new Chrysler Pacifica. Rae Ellis was our sales person (main contact). We felt that he could improve his professionalism. There were several times where he became defensive and combative when conversing with husband. He was on his cell phone (texting, playing a game, etc.) during our test drive and was not giving any instruction on where to go. He could also improve the way he explains things. There were a few times we asked follow up questions because we weren’t understanding him. It would have been more helpful if he could have explained it in a different way rather than repeating what we weren’t understanding. However, we were really pleased with him, we just thought he could improve - and it may be more of lack of experience than anything. More

I went to three Jeep dealers and Rae at Reed Jeep was by far the best and most knowledgeable salesperson I encountered. He quickly got me to the car that met my preferences and discussions of price were ve far the best and most knowledgeable salesperson I encountered. He quickly got me to the car that met my preferences and discussions of price were very straightforward. He told me the best price Reed could do on a Jeep. I called another dealer who said they could beat Reed’s price so I drove to that dealer and after they kept me waiting around for almost 2 hours they finally told me that they could only beat Reed’s price if I did special financing with them. It was a complete waste of time. So I called Rae the next morning and told him I would buy the car from him. I would have saved almost a full day if I would have just trusted Rae that his price was the best and bought the car the first day from him.
