I negotiated fairly, but hard, and the professionalism and demeanor was exemplary. Mike and his team were responsive, and provided probably the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I felt no pressure to buy or add on items, which is refreshing. The people there kept me informed about the process and everything worked out very well. I must add that the receptionist, Jenny, is a pure delight! I had a few calls to make to over the course of time and each time she was right there and very friendly and knowledgeable. You could always just tell she was smiling when she was on the phone with you! Her position makes her the face of the dealership and the dealership could not have made a better choice. More
