Repairs took forever, estimated day for the vehicle to be ready were continuously pushed back, got the car home and noticed new scratches on the trunk and back bumper, decided not to take it back to the deal More

Hello Francisco, We'll be in contact. The scratches were one thing, but today I attempted to open the rear driver's side door at the grocery store and it would not open. I opened the front door and reached to the back door and found that the lock was unlocked, but the handles would not open the door.
