I had a great experience during my visit. This was my third visit to this location, and by far, it was the best experience I’ve had. I arrived early because I needed to get to work, and Ch This was my third visit to this location, and by far, it was the best experience I’ve had. I arrived early because I needed to get to work, and Chrissy noticed me waiting and immediately took the initiative to get my information and arrange the courtesy ride. She kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was able to get my vehicle back early. When I returned, Chrissy noticed that the oil reset had not been completed and that there were fingerprints on my newly washed vehicle. Without hesitation, she took it back to have everything corrected and had my vehicle back to me in less than 10 minutes. Chrissy truly made me feel valued with her attention to detail, professionalism, and personal touch. Her outstanding customer service will definitely have me coming back. Thank you, Chrissy, for making this visit such a great experience! More

Having the oil changed and tires rotated took 2 hours. This dealership seems to concentrate mainly on their Honda customers. GMC customers are directed to a separate building and the check-in person then drives my car to the main service building. This makes me feel like the "unwanted stepchild" at the dealership. The service person was fine and tried his best. The sales guy on the other hand spent a lot of time with me and has called me at home multiple times despite the fact that I told him from the start that I was not going to buy a new car at this time. I'm not sure if I have clicked on the correct service department employee as I don't recall his name but the picture looks like him. He did an excellent job. More

This is my 3rd vehicle from Regal and they are such an amazing dealership. Ty really helped me get into my new GMC Acadia and I love the vehicle.
