My car was serviced and once I got home I noticed they left a wire hanging underneath my steering wheel. Called Marcy yesterday morning and no response since. Marcy has not returned my call, and no one a left a wire hanging underneath my steering wheel. Called Marcy yesterday morning and no response since. Marcy has not returned my call, and no one answers at the service department. Very unprofessional. Update: Regal reached out to me the same day and explained Marcy was training her replacement and had me stop in to fix the issue in my way home. More
