Every time that i come to this dealership i have a problem. The last time that I came to pick up my car it wasn't ready. My service advisor never closed it out so the cashier didn't have my keys. Another associate closed it out and pulled my car around then after paying we couldn't find my keys. They were actually still in the car. Then when I came to pick up the parts 2 of the items weren't the price that my service advisor told me that they would be. I was very disappointed. The representative in the parts department tried to lower the price to make it right and i appreciate that but I'm very disappointed in this dealership overall!
