Greg & finance manager Jeff Bass worked hard to get me an amazing finance deal and I couldn’t be happier! When signing the finance papers Carlos Ortega was excellent and it was one of the easiest and enjoyable car buying experiences I’ve ever had! I was ready to buy a car today at this dealership. Victor was great and assured us we would come to an agreement on the terms. It was when the sales manager (Jorge I believe) came in acting extremely Victor was great and assured us we would come to an agreement on the terms. It was when the sales manager (Jorge I believe) came in acting extremely rude and told my wife and I that he did not need to sell cars and we could leave if we were not ready to accept the very first offer he placed in front of us. This dealership says they treat people like family. I feel sorry sorry for their families if that is the way they are treated. Kia cars may be rated very high but the high rating appears to have gone to the head of this particular sales manager. It was a very disappointing experience. More
