Too long of a wait. I had a 11am appt. They didn't take my car for repair till 2pm. In my opinion...why have an appt time and not do the work on time. I arrived at 10:30 I had a 11am appt. The parts were ordered May 2 . I was never notified when they came in. I called in June since no one called me . They told me they would check to make sure it was there and she wou I was never notified when they came in. I called in June since no one called me . They told me they would check to make sure it was there and she would call me back . She didn't so I called one week later. They apologized , they had them and set the appointment. They took care of the car but didn't check tire pressure. When I came in the tire pressure indicator was fine. When I got in to the car it showed I had low pressure in my tires, they said they didn't know why but they fixed it. Other than that I had a good experience. More
