Johanna, There seems to be some confusion here. All our communications are recorded electronically, and it appears you had at length conversation with one of our associates Kristen in regards to your appraisal, and options for trading in. She also tried to set an appointment to go over options in person, and called you several times to speak with you. As far as the repairs on your vehicle, the $293 repair bill was for replacing the water hose inlet. Unfortunately, you drove the vehicle running hot for far too long and their was additional damage done to the head gasket in the process. Repairs were also offered up and declined by you. if you would like to set up a meeting to go over options we would love to help, Call Alaina Southern, Customer Service manager at 863-333-4633
