They lied about the work the did. They lied about how long parts were taking. Very unprofessional got upset when i told them i wanted my car moved from their dealership and brought to crown kia. The service department seems to be pretty good. The sales personnel I spoke to was also very good. The only issues I had on my visit was the markups on the vehicles and the manager trying to overprice vehicl personnel I spoke to was also very good.
