I wasn’t very satisfied on my recent visit I usually deal with Justin but he was not in. Jeremy did ok but I wasn’t real happy when I found out my tires were not rotated with the oil change. I returned after with Justin but he was not in. Jeremy did ok but I wasn’t real happy when I found out my tires were not rotated with the oil change. I returned after leaving to inquire why and to ask why I didn’t receive the mechanics diagnostic sheet that tells what was checked and all the details. I ask the women who was in the receiving area and she asked who my advisor was and she would go and get him. Jeremy came out and I asked why my tires were not rotated and he he handed me the diagnostic sheet and said when the front tires have more tread than the rear they don’t rotate which I did not know. He then proceeds to say that he asked if I had any questions when I was at the cashiers desk earlier? I told him I did not know the tire depths because he did not go over the spec sheet that he originally never gave me! I was not happy that I brought in a coupon for $59.13 oil change and still was charged over $70.00 he explained and went over the math. This was probably an oversight of small print on my part but seems useless to even send a coupon which doesn’t get charged at face value. Jeremy apologized but at that point I was frustrated and left. More

Buyer beware - DO NOT TRUST KIA REGAL OR KIA CORPORATE - THEY WILL GO ABOVE AN BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM GETS DENIED - the Engine and Powertrain warranty is a scam, they will ask for records o THEY WILL GO ABOVE AN BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM GETS DENIED - the Engine and Powertrain warranty is a scam, they will ask for records once a claim is filled for a known KIA engine failure that they have been sued for and lost previously and then if you service your vehicle like many capable Americans do they will do everything in their power to deny your claim (the warranty states you need to provide records of the service but they will claim any record not from them is not a valid record), Ask Justin the service manager he will tell you they are send your documentation and working to get the warranty work but he will sand bag and make sure your claim is denied (Kia dealership doesn’t want to do the work). I brought in my Kia Soul that was in pristine condition and had been serviced at all regular intervals but KIA made sure to deny the claim. KIA and KIA Regal are yet another example of the big guy making sure hard working families are sold a lie and can’t do anything to fight back, they hope you will give up and stop fighting so they can make sure the CEO gets a nice bonus after selling you a lie.
