Service was good; recommendations we absurd.... I have always had good service and have purchased 4 autos in the last 5 years or so. I have found that the last few service calls there have been some issues. The service representative recc over $600 over pending service needs the $300 of it was done just 3 months ago. The other two was a battery replacement on my battery that is less than 3 years old and alignment which was the only one, in my estimation, that was legitimate. I called the service Representative back after I had check my previous service invoices, I explained this to the KIA rep that called me after the service, I have talked to the newest KIA service manager and still have some items to resolve. At present I have three cars that are taken to KIA service center when "sticker" indicates. More

this time was just ok I completed my service scheduling online giving specifics but the svc rep had to ask me for the details again. I don't think they checked my stereo sp I completed my service scheduling online giving specifics but the svc rep had to ask me for the details again. I don't think they checked my stereo speaker because it wasn't mentioned once the other items were completed on my car. Also, I mentioned that my car always pulls to the right, even AFTER I've come in and had the car aligned. The svc rep made a specific note I think but the driving home I noticed it still pulled right and it got worse by the next day. I'm not sure what they did for the alignment but it wasn't fixed. I never hit curbs, I drive the same roads every day and know where any possible rough spots in the road to avoid are. I slow down for speed bumps so it's not pulling because of my driving, it just never seems to be fixed. And paying $700 for maintenance to not have this fixed is disappointing. Now I have to find the time to take my car back again. More
