She arranged for me to meet with Greg on Friday - he was great, very friendly and helpful. As a trade was involved i needed to bring my car in - I took my car in for appraisal on Monday. Greg was not in - but immediately I was welcomed by Jennifer Dennis. She was very friendly and very welcoming. She took great interest in my purchases, understood my budget and tried to fulfill all my preferences with regards to the features of the vehicle. She was straight forward, and honest. She spend time answering my many questions, and explained the process to me. She was fantastic. I also met with the Sales Mgr who was nice and helped. Our over all experience was great. We were called promptly when the type of vehicle we requested arrived at dealership. We spoke to the store leader which made it in our price range with the loan and monthly fees and we were off to meet Al in finance. He was great! I was lied to from the moment I arrived at the dealership until I left with my truck. I told them how much I could spend, and after setting the deal I came back the next day with the amount agreed upon, in c until I left with my truck. Having to write a check, I paid $200 more than was agreed upon. They said they would deliver the truck to me the next morning, and after calling them several times I found someone to take me to pick it up late in the afternoon. When I got there I discovered that they didn't even wash the truck, and later when I got home found that there wasn't a spare, and then came the final lie, that they would get me one.
