My best experience buying a new car I was at Regal's Kia dealership in Lakeland this past Friday to fix one of my old Sportage's tires and my wife said let's go and see how are the new o I was at Regal's Kia dealership in Lakeland this past Friday to fix one of my old Sportage's tires and my wife said let's go and see how are the new ones. And Greg came to us very friendly and professional and showed us one of the new ones and my wife love it. About two or three hours later, we drove out of the dealership with a brand new Kia Sportage. My Wife is so happy. Thank you Greg. You are the best. God bless you and your company. More

Typical Used Car Dealers I sold a car to Regal Chevy on 11/26 for $500 above what I owed. It was agreed and I have a signed paper agreeing. Since it was Saturday they told me I sold a car to Regal Chevy on 11/26 for $500 above what I owed. It was agreed and I have a signed paper agreeing. Since it was Saturday they told me unable to cut a check and can pick it up on Monday. I was out of town and requested it be sent to my address. I called on Wednesday 11/30 as the check still had not arrived (I live in Pasco county). I spoke with Carlton Gregory who advised it was sent. I called 12/3 and spent an hour being transferred back and forth. Receptionist Chelsea and Kristin Talbot are all I spoke to. Kristin even advised me she would get some info and call back. After an hour I called her and she put me on hold. Never to speak to me again. I called back, no one could find her. I even reached out to a salesman, Abu. Assured me he would look into it. To date I've heard nothing. Why is it that I must beat down their door to obtain the funds owed to me? I will keep y'all updated and will write another post. At this point I am referring this to my attorney to handle if no answers come Monday More
