I have brought my van in twice now for the passenger side vents not working. They do not blow cold air when I run the AC and they don't blow warm air when I run the heater. Both times they said they could no vents not working. They do not blow cold air when I run the AC and they don't blow warm air when I run the heater. Both times they said they could not replicate the problem so they couldn't fix it. Both times I picked up the car and started it and the problem was there. This time, when Misty said they couldn't replicate the problem I told her to tell them to run the heater and they will see it doesn't blow heat, it just blows the chilled outside air. She said 'she told them'. She could have gone out and checked for herself. Someone, anyone, easily could have simply run the heat and felt the passenger side vents. It's not difficult. My toddler grandson can do that. This is poor quality work, instead of diligent, excellent work. I live 30 minutes away. I work a lot of hours and can't just bring it back when the problem happens again. Happens again? It's happening now! It was happening when I dropped it off. Now, I have to drive an uncomfortable NEW vehicle (2025 Carnival bought in May) for another few months, until my oil change is due, and this time I WILL MAKE SURE A TECH COMES OUT TO SEE THE PROBLEM MYSELF, SINCE I CANT RELY ON ANYONE ELSE THERE. I have owned Kias and gone to Kia dealerships since 2004 and never had this happen. This is also the second problem I've had with my new Kia, which makes wonder if I have a lemon. More
