My experience at the dealership was nothing short of amazing. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. It was not good. Tried to upsell a spark plug change 25000 miles early from Kia recommended. Cabin air filter was reinstalled upside down, glove box dampener not reconnected, positive battery terminal cover not closed. Also it would be a great idea to connect maintenance records between dealerships to prevent asking for service that had already been performed.
