I paid over $500 for my car to be inspected with no answers. The worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. Jeremy didn't return calls I had to send an email to the dealer principal before anyone in service would reach out to me. Terrible customer service all the way around. More

Service department misdiagnosed issue with front end pulling to one side. They charged me for a front end alignment, which only switched the pulling to the other side.
