To my knowledge I've never met Jeremy Mahr. If he was the guy who brought my paperwork to me, he didn't introduce himself. I did, however, meet a man who said he was a salesman. I was also told I had an oil leak. I'm not losing or leaking oil or smoking, nor do I have leaks in my driveway. ??? I was told my oil change price would be $51.52, a deal offer I accepted. They printed out the bill, at $79.95. After two trips to the front desk, they finally gave me the deal. They had me inked in at my total, if I agreed to this price, $932.23. It would have been a lot of money for someone on S.S.?? The last time, I supposedly needed other things, which was questionable. People in the waiting area said the same thing. They can't get an oil change without there being several more problems popping up. I'd heard dealers had changed for the better, especially this one! Looks like I was wrong. I hope this doesn't make someone mad, in case I return, because it's not a favorable review. I didn't get a car wash either. When I got home I still noticed paw prints on the trunk and hood of my car. Idk, animal prints can't be washed off! They've always washed off before?? Thanks for your time. More

There was a lack of urgency. I waited in my car several minutes and an advisor ever came out. I went inside and waited several minutes before I was even acknowledged.
