I think mechanics recommend services in multi point inspections that are not needed yet such as a brake fluid exchange when I just had one 15000 miles ago. After having to call and find out that my part was in instead of being contacted like I was told I would. I spent over 2 hours waiting for my horn to be fixed. After leaving with my so called repaired ve instead of being contacted like I was told I would. I spent over 2 hours waiting for my horn to be fixed. After leaving with my so called repaired vehicle I tried to use the horn but it is still inoperable. Will likely use a different Kia service department for any warranty work on my Kia. More
