Took my Kia Sportage in for a recall appointment for 10am. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours. Car was taken back to service area and apparently was ready to go in less than 2 hours , except 10am. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours. Car was taken back to service area and apparently was ready to go in less than 2 hours , except for having to wait for over an hour longer because a truck was blocking the service bay my car was in. It was loading old tires and the person or persons loading the tires would not move their truck until they were done loading. I could see the truck back there from the breezeway and asked my service advisor to please get the truck moved so I could have my car. But no I had to wait till they were done. Am not at all happy with my service experience on Thursday December 11, 2025. Another thing I would like to mention is why do they turn off the headlights every time I get service but do not put them back on auto when done with servicing my car. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Regal Kia since 2016 and never ever had this kind of poor customer service. This is why I gave a 1 star recommendation. More

I brought my car in to have the rubber around my back windows replaced and they replaced the wrong part of my car. The second time they broke the interior trim on both sides. I have to now return it a windows replaced and they replaced the wrong part of my car. The second time they broke the interior trim on both sides. I have to now return it a third time to get both interior trim pieces replaced. This is a huge inconvenience and I'm very disappointed in the care that has been taken (or lack thereof) with my car that I still owe $25,000 on. I would never recommend anyone bring their car here. More
