Easy to schedule but not comfortable with your AI on the phone. "Amanda" offered me a time slot that was 2 minutes after the current time. Comfortable waiting area. At my last oil change you tried to se phone. "Amanda" offered me a time slot that was 2 minutes after the current time. Comfortable waiting area. At my last oil change you tried to sell me a variety of services buy did NOT tell me my battery needed replaced as it was out of warranty. My Soul died and had to be towed. We sent it to Clermont Kia because it was closer. You lost a $400 sale. More

Came for an oil change & tire rotation and alignment. I had a nail in the back driver tire whenever I came to pick the car up that tire was in the same place leaving me to believe the tires never got rot I had a nail in the back driver tire whenever I came to pick the car up that tire was in the same place leaving me to believe the tires never got rotated. The oil change meter was never reset until I asked which lead me to wonder if my oil was even changed being the tires never got rotated. Also the car still pulls to the whenever driven so seems as if the alignment was never done as well. I called and spoke with a service manager who told me to bring the car back the following Saturday. Whenever I brought the car back the tires were never rotated still had the nail in the same spot from the first time and the car still pulls. After calling Jeremy 3x I was finally able to reach him to ask when would the car be ready being they took longer the second time than they did the first time they had it for service. I asked Jeremy did they get everything done he stated they did but whenever I arrived I soon realized I was in the same position from the first time. After spending $300 and 2 of my Saturdays I have yet to have a call from a service manager who I have left messages with. More
