I scheduled service for 2/13, the dealership canceled and said next available appointment was a week out. I never rescheduled and went to a different dealership. (Strike 1) 3/10 I took it in for a leaking t said next available appointment was a week out. I never rescheduled and went to a different dealership. (Strike 1) 3/10 I took it in for a leaking tire, was told nail in the sidewall but it's covered with my tire package. Dont have the tire so take your vehicle home with the bad tire and come in the next afternoon and we will fix it. Advisor was Misty who was awesome, tech was Jose Melendez. Almost immediately I started getting strong vibration at 65-70. Took it in 4/17 9:30am to be looked at. Advisor was Andrew Carr, said to give him an hour, hour and a half. 1045 he said they are trying to balance the tire, would be 45 mins max. 1pm I go to service, different advisor looks it up and calls tech Abraham Torres who says the tire is bad. 1:30 Andrew walks over, says all is done, nothing wrong with the tire as nothing is noted but the balance was all done and perfect now other than needing an alignment. It's barely been 8 months and I need one already? Didn't provide any details beyond that or any paperwork. Makes me wonder if I dont need it because of a poorly balanced tire. I leave the dealership and get on the Polk parkway, get up to 65 and sure enough- vibration is exactly the same. Called the dealership at 1:33 Andrew was not available, left a message for a callback with receptionist. 2:02 I call and am transferred to Andrews voicemail, left a message for callback. 2:30 I call and request the service manager. I am told there are two but both are unavailable, took down my info for a callback. It is now 4pm and apparently nobody knows how to use a telephone. (It's not rocket science) I still have the exact same problem and wasted 4 hours, cant get help and I feel I need to find a new dealership who hopefully knows what they are doing. More
