Regal Kia Lakeland - Service Center

Based on the issue we were having with our vehicle, I asked to speak with the General Manager. I spoke with “someone” in the Service Department instead. If I wanted to speak with someone other than the G asked to speak with the General Manager. I spoke with “someone” in the Service Department instead. If I wanted to speak with someone other than the GM, I would have requested that. I was then told that the District Manager does not take phone calls. Well, directly from KIA USA, the district manager was the only person who had the authority to make a decision regarding our vehicle. I’m feel like I have exhausted every avenue regarding our issue and it has yet to be resolved. With that being said, I personally purchase a vehicle every 2 years. I will not purchase any vehicle from Regal Kia or any Kia for that matter. The service and response time is well below acceptable. I am fully aware that this survey will have no affect in the outcome of our issue other than eating my valuable time writing it, but in the minuscule chance that someone of importance sees this, I would like that person to be fully aware of our dissatisfaction with KIA Motors and that I will never purchase KIA. Had a giant nail on back passenger tire about 2 inches from the sidewall. After waiting in the service bay for 10 minutes no one came out so I walked in to get help. Johnathan was the closest and got my i from the sidewall. After waiting in the service bay for 10 minutes no one came out so I walked in to get help. Johnathan was the closest and got my info told me it would be 1.5 hours and sent me to the waiting area. 2 hours and 10 minutes later Johnathan told me they were working on it after I ASKED for an update. Hadn't heard from him since my arrival. About 30 minutes later he told me my tire wasn't in stock and they could plug it or put a different brand on. I was already told it couldn't be plugged because it's too close to the sidewall and why I came to the dealership because of the road hazard warranty I purchased through Kia. Five minutes later my car was ready with a mismatched tire but atleast I was done. More
