Normally My evaluation for Regal is tops but this Normally My evaluation for Regal is tops but this wasn't their day , I had an appointment for services that should have taken two hours and took fo Normally My evaluation for Regal is tops but this wasn't their day , I had an appointment for services that should have taken two hours and took four and one half. I appreciate that my oil change was compted but this was excessive waiting with an appointment. My key fob was not working and I asked for a new battery of which was installed and charged. It still does not work. i can understand if the batteries was not the problem but feel like it should have been checked before I left, More
