10 o’clock appointment- took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get the oil change and tires rotated. When I approached service desk, keys were there… then car was pulled up for me and I waited another 15 stuck be get the oil change and tires rotated. Anytime service was needed, I had no problem getting an appointment. Service rep always keeps you up to date on progress. Work is always done right the first time.
