Service attendant was very nice to work with however the day after I had it serviced for oil change and tire rotation I notice that I was charged for service covered under the KIA service maintenance the day after I had it serviced for oil change and tire rotation I notice that I was charged for service covered under the KIA service maintenance agreement that I had purchased when I bought the car from them. I also had a nail I one tire to be fixed and was not fixed but charged for it, I met with the service manager who would not give me a refund for 7 days nor did he offer to even look at the tire with a nail in it, I told him I would not be back for service there again and would file a complaint, More
