Maybe you need to speak with Mario the service advisor which was very professional at his job, because even he was not happy with the washing of the vehicle and sent it back twice. I know it is a so called courtesy wash. But it does show a lack of respect for a customers vehicle when it not washed completely. And just so you know we did purchase the extra package for the ECO wash protection and we have that done regularly. But I notice you did not say anything about the mask not being worn even by your own employee as a driver of shuttle and the 3 other passengers in the van. They did put them on after my wife asked.
