I was dissatisfied with the service. The rear door strut installation was done incorrectly and I had to drive 30 miles back to the dealership to get it corrected. When first arrived in Service Dept, it took at least 5 min to acknowledge me. It takes a second to welcome people-no matter how busy. I get there and was told by Mario it would take at least 4 hours and he asked it that was ok. I responded that it was a plug-no that isn't acceptable. It took a little over an hour which didn't seem bad because I ran into Orlando -best car salesman in my book!! And he was able to pass a little time answering questions for me. Orlando is the only reason I keep coming back. He cares and understands the importance of Customer Service !! Employee of the year for sure!! More
