I made an appointment at least 10 days out for the recall, specified for my vehicle through the VIN number entered in the appointment, and when I showed up to my appointment, I was told the vehicle ha recall, specified for my vehicle through the VIN number entered in the appointment, and when I showed up to my appointment, I was told the vehicle had to be inspected because the part was not ordered. I assumed being that I made an appointment for the specific recall to be fixed, That the part would’ve been ordered and ready for the appointment. I even tried to call a couple days before to see if you had an earlier appointment available, and I was told that the time allotted for my recall was already scheduled for their soonest available appointment. Now my check engine light is on most likely because of the recall, and I am still waiting for the part to arrive and will need to take more time off work for the appointment for the recall to actually be fixed, fingers crossed because I really don’t know that it will get fixed in one appointment More
