I have had my car there for the same issue 3 times - most recently 5/6/2024 and it was apparent to both me and the service coordinator (Jeremy) that the techs had literally done nothing. They had my car 4 hours and literally did nothing before telling me it was ready. I have not received a call back from the service manager (Jorge) after leaving messages, has been 4 days. Hard to recommend this outfit and I can’t see myself buying from Regal Kia again. More

This has to be the most incompetent dealership I have ever been to. Summed up, my wife's 22 Kia Stinger was brought April 24th, 2024, Genesis said the vehicle was ready a few hours later. When my wife gets there, when someone drove my wifes car upfront, the check engine came back on. Apparently, they only cleared the check engine light and said if it comes back on, they would look at it again. That makes ZERO sense. You mean to tell me that anyone who shows up with a check engine light, you merely shut it off and send them on their way? Monday (April 29th 2024) I spoke with Genesis, and she gave me an update saying Kia has authorized the warranty repairs. Tuesday (April 30th 2024) I was told by Johnathan that Kia has NOT yet approved the warranty repairs. At this point, I'm beyond upset, so I called Kia customer service and asked what was holding this up. Kia customer service explained that Regal Kia never submitted any request for warranty repairs. I am grateful for the rental, but the fact that literally nobody on the service side at Regal Kia knows what is going on with my wife's car isn't how business should be conducted. Also, it is costing you money for the rental. You are literally wasting money. Lastly, how is it when I called Kia customer service today, they asked me if I knew my wife's car had an open recall, I told them I didn't know. Regal has had my wife's car for over a week, and I have talked to four people on the service side of Regal Kia, and nobody there thinks to tell me about the open recall? I've personally been lied to numerous times, this will be the last time we ever go here. More
