Quoted me almost $500 to replace a $50 tailgate latch. I had already researched this part for its price. I had someone do the job for $250. You give dealerships a bad name. The service manager didn’t even have the xxxxx to leave his office after hearing I was upset about the price. I walked over to where my car was sitting and drove it back to the pickup area. None of your employees actions displayed professionalism. BTW, I was just there for my trailer hitch recall. I’m not even sure this was really fixed. More

I had to have my car towed back up there today because it wouldn't start and it didn't have coolant in it even though levels were supposed to have been checked. So, I was told I needed a new battery today bu wouldn't start and it didn't have coolant in it even though levels were supposed to have been checked. So, I was told I needed a new battery today but I thought they checked everything yesterday. I was told my fluids were topped off today but I checked my coolant level and NONE had been added. I had them add coolant before I left. The lady that brought my car around said my tire pressure light was on so she added air to my tires. She didn't know that I requested the sensor to be fixed but was told it wasn't covered if the dealership didn't cause damage to the sensor. My tires are overfilled now. Hopefully it's just because I checked them right when I got home. I'll check them again tonight. This has been a tiresome process. More
