It took a week for someone to let me know what was wrong with my car, the two weeks for the job to be completed and NO ONE NOTIFIED ME IT WAS DONE! Plus I asked for the breaks to be done and THEY WEREN’T EV with my car, the two weeks for the job to be completed and NO ONE NOTIFIED ME IT WAS DONE! These people are liars they try to force me to sell my van by telling me it would cost 11,000.00 to fix my engine..Then after I refused. Requested estimate for headlight that is out. Received email for several items including headlight and didn’t realize it. Sent a text back asking if that was the headlight repair? I never receive Received email for several items including headlight and didn’t realize it. Sent a text back asking if that was the headlight repair? I never received anything back. I never spoke with the service advisor after the the initial greeting. No one came over to explain what was needed for all those repairs while I was sitting at the dealership. I only had the cashier walk up and tell me I was ready. A complete lack of customer service. Then Saturday I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway. I had to stop what I was doing on a Saturday and go back to the dealership and waste another 2 hours to get pet that issue corrected from putting an acre in to tight causing the oil leak. This issue caused me to loose time in my day, I now have oil spots in my driveway and I had to cancel my woke for Saturday afternoon because I couldn’t drive to Tampa leaking oil like that. This is out of the ordinary for this location. Customer service is always great up to this experience. More
