Took my car in for a diagnostic with an appointment at 10am and they told me they would have to take it to hyundai even though I bought the car there. I left my car there and waited for a call that I neve 10am and they told me they would have to take it to hyundai even though I bought the car there. I left my car there and waited for a call that I never got so I decided to call around 4:30 pm and they said it was still at hyundai and would let me know. I told them I needed my car to get to and from work and wasn’t told about it being a whole day and got no help at all. Next day rolls around and I called multiple times starting at 9am and was sent to voicemail each time and never got a call back, when I finally got ahold of someone it was 4pm 30hours after I took it in for something really simple. My car had not even been touched or looked at within that time. I ended up just saying give my car back and nothing was fixed and all I was told was to schedule with Hyundai and Nissan which to do at the same time is hard. So I don’t recommend and their communication sucks and needs work cause I didn’t know where my car even was for 2 days cause no one called to update me I had to call a whole bunch of times just to get an answer. More

Costumer service was great, work was quick, had no problem waiting. Service worker was great, didn’t keep me in the dark, just let me know service was going to take awhile or less but vehicle was read problem waiting. We had to go to Albuquerque NM for a family emergency and while we were there we realized we were going to reach mileage that would require an oil change.
